ISL6440 is a high-performance three-way output controller that provides control and protection functions for two synchronous buck PWM. The ISL6440 evaluation board highlights the performance of ICs in embedded DC/DC converter applications. Wide input power supply voltage range: 5.6V to 24V and 4.5V to 5.6V. Two independent programmable output voltages. Switching frequency: 300kHz. Out of phase PWM controller operation reduces the required input capacitance and power sensing load. No external current sensing resistor is needed. Use a lower MOSFET with rDS (ON) programmable soft start and comprehensive circuit protection function. PGOOD (power supply normal), UVLO (undervoltage lockout), overcurrent and overheating. Two PWM can be independently turned off.
