Description FT230X，FT231X，FT234XD - Full speed USB to UART, FTDI chips FT230X and FT234XD are full speed USB to basic serial UART interface devices. FT231X is a full speed USB to full handshake UART interface. They have fully integrated MTP memory and integrated clock circuits, without the need for external crystals, which helps reduce the number of external components. Operable up to 3 baud, with low power consumption (8 mA), all USB to UART devices can efficiently cooperate with USB host controllers. They only occupy the minimum bandwidth. FT230X includes a complete FT-X series feature kit and can quickly and easily add USB to system design through UART interface. \-Fully integrated MTP memory, clock generation, AVCC filtering, power on reset (POR), and LDO regulator. \-Configurable CBUS input/output pin options. \-Asynchronous and synchronous bit burst modes. \-Operate between+3.3 V and+5.25 V. The rated operating mode current is 8 mA and the rated USB pause mode current is 125 μ A. ###Serial input/output peripherals
