Description InnoSwitch-CH The Power Integrations InnoSwitch CH series of offline AC to DC converters includes an integrated high-voltage MOSFET, synchronous rectification feedback, and many advanced protection and safety features. These devices significantly simplify the development and manufacturing of low voltage, low current, and switching power supplies, especially for these high efficiency requirements. The innovative InnoSwitch EP architecture integrates primary and secondary controllers, sensing elements, and safety level feedback mechanisms into a single compact IC. The individual package includes a flyback controller, high voltage MOSFET, secondary side sensing, and synchronous rectification driver with excellent CV/CC accuracy, independent of transformer design or external components. Energy saving: fully compliant with all global energy efficiency regulations. Primary sensing output OVP, secondary sensing output over stamping, secondary sensing output OCP to zero output voltage hysteresis thermal shutdown 100% production HIPOT compliance testing, enhanced insulation isolation voltage>3500 V AC, in compliance with EN61000-4-8 (100 A/m) and EN61000-4-9 (1000 A/m) standards. # # # AC-DC converter, Power Integrations
