Description Murata GRM 0805 C0G The Murata GRM series of dielectric materials is small in size, has a large capacitance value, and adopts a multi-layer structure for high reliability. It is non-polar and achieves excellent weldability through tin plating on external electrodes. The GRM series temperature compensation type is particularly suitable for tuning circuits, oscillation circuits, high-frequency filtering circuits, and power shock absorbers (rated voltage above 200V). The 0805 series nickel baffle terminal is coated with tin (NiSn) layer, and its applications include mobile phone, video, and tuner design. COG/NPO is the most common formula for temperature compensation, which is an EIA Class I ceramic material. X7R and X5R formulas are called temperature stable ceramics, which belong to EIA Class II materials. Y5V and Z5U formulas are suitable for general use within a limited temperature range and belong to EIA Class II materials. Materials; These features are very suitable for decoupling applications.
