Description Murata GRM 0603 C0G Murata GRM series ceramic capacitors with high dielectric strength (210pF -100nF) and small size have high capacitance values. Single chip capacitors provide COG temperature coefficient, are non-polar, and due to the use of Ni barrier termination, can provide higher welding leaching resistance. GRM single-chip capacitor connectors are suitable for diode damper circuits, or for switching power supplies, or for primary secondary coupling in DC-DC converters.
