Description Hirose FH28 The FH28 0.5mm ZIF (zero insertion force) FPC/FFC connector series features a sturdy and shock resistant design. These FH28 FPC/FFC connectors have sturdy locking actuators that can support either end of the connector with reinforced metal fasteners. The actuator can be hooked down along its entire length at each contact point to ensure a secure connection and prevent the actuator from disengaging. After the actuator is fully closed, it will make a clicking sound to confirm that it is securely locked in place. These FH28 FPC/FFC connectors have side locks and are suitable for label FPC. The insert can be positioned on the FPC slot inside these locks for accurate calibration and positioning. After locking the actuator, the plug can be used as a stress relief device and increase the FPC holding force. These FH28 FPC/FFC connectors can also be used for straight side or non label FPCs. These FPC/FFC connectors have a solid bottom and non exposed contacts, which allows the connectors to be mounted on conductive traces on printed circuit boards. These FH28 0.5mm ZIF FPC/FFC connectors accept standard FPC/FCC FH28E and FH28H FPC/FFC connectors with a thickness of 0.3mm. The connectors have metal fasteners that can extend from the edge of the housing for manual soldering. The FH28H FPC/FFC connector has a narrow space saving actuator # # # feature and advantages. The sturdy design strengthens the locking actuator, making it easy to insert and firmly fix the FPC/FFC contact bite. It can confirm that the actuator is fully closed and the side lock can enhance the retention force of the label FPC/FFC.
