Description Panasonic Detector switch - ESE series detector switches are used to detect mechanical movements and convert such movements or manual operations (such as turning off a mobile phone) into electronic signals. In some applications, detector switches have replaced encoders as a low-cost solution. This series of detector switches uses a mechanical sliding spring design to ensure consistent output signals. They also have the functions of long stroke, thin, small size, multiple operating angles, and surface mounting or J-shaped bent terminal mounting options. Detector switches can be used for various applications that require the detection of mechanical motion, such as battery insertion and door closure using handheld devices, consumer electronics, computers/peripherals, telecommunications, electrical equipment, instruments and meters, etc. The smallest and thinnest switch in the industry with low contact force single pole, with normally open or normally closed contacts that can be reflow soldered (except for the stock number 756-1410 detector switch that can be wave soldered)
