Description CCTV Transmission UTP (Unbalanced Twisted Pair) is a method of transmitting CCTV video signals over ordinary low-cost Category 5 data cables using a low-cost balanced unbalanced transformer (balanced unbalanced). This GANZ C-TP series twisted pair transmission product is designed to transmit CCTV signals over unshielded twisted pair cables (Category 5 network cables). This type of transmission is an alternative solution to traditional coaxial and fiber based systems, with the following advantages:; Fast, easy to install, time-saving and cost-effective, significantly reducing the cost of the cable itself, and providing excellent long-distance transmission quality. Most new commercial (and often residential) building developments will install Category 5 data backbone cables as standard for building management systems. These can integrate TCP/IP or standard protocol networks. If there is spare unused wiring, a UTP CCTV system can be installed without expensive additional wiring. Category 5 cables are significantly cheaper than traditional RG59 cables and can accommodate more wires in smaller spaces. Anti noise, long-distance (over 1km), easy installation, multiple video signals in the same beam RS-422/RS-485, 12V DC/24V AC in the same beam, lower wiring cost and better anti-interference performance, saving space.
