Description Infineon **Infineon** The Phase Controlled Thyristor Module (* * PCT * *) is equipped with pressure contact technology and has an electrically insulated base, including isolated copper substrates ranging in size from 20mm to 60mm. With its industrial modular structure, these PowerBLOCK module series combine configurations of diodes/thyristors (diode/SCR phase control) or thyristors/diodes (SCR/diode phase control). The voltage range is from 1200 V to higher. Typical applications include soft starters, power controllers, and rectifiers used to drive applications.
