Description Hirose EnerBee DF22 Series 7.92mm high current printed circuit board socket connectors These DF22 series 7.92mm wire to board high current internal power socket connectors are part of the EnerBee series. When used with 10 AWG wires, the DF22 series has a maximum current capacity of 30A. The outer shell of these DF22 7.92mm tube sockets has a sturdy forward locking mechanism designed to prevent accidental pull-out caused by drops or external impacts. After mating, a clear clicking sound will be emitted to confirm that the connector is fully engaged, thereby ensuring a complete electrical and mechanical connection. This forward locking mechanism is located at the center of the housing, which can lock and prevent cable entanglement caused by side locks. Equipped with a side lock, it can also save space on printed circuit boards and achieve high-density parallel installation. The housing design also features various key connection options to prevent incorrect insertion into the mating connector when using connectors with the same number of positions. Including guide pillars, it helps to accurately place and adjust the direction on the printed circuit board, and prevents reverse insertion. The contacts of these DF22 printed circuit board socket connectors are separated by the inner wall of the housing, electrically isolating them from adjacent contacts to prevent short circuits. These DF22 socket connectors accept resin seals up to 10 mm without affecting their performance. This seal can prevent dust and moisture from penetrating.
