Their high stability and reliability make them particularly suitable for protecting circuits. The resistance wire element is wound on a high-purity ceramic substrate and uses a fully welded top cover and lead structure to provide considerable strength and damage resistance. The enamel protective coating has a resistance to all normal cleaning solvents for printed circuit boards. Application instructions. The distance between the bending point of the output end and the shell should not be less than 1.5mm. It is recommended that the minimum bending radius be 1mm. In order to achieve full load rated power consumption, the distance between the end welding and the main body should not be less than 4mm. When cool, enamel has excellent insulation resistance; But as the temperature rises, the resistance coefficient will decrease. Therefore, if a resistor operates at or near maximum temperature, it cannot be classified as an insulation resistance and should not come into contact with any conductive material.
