Description CY4609 HX3 USB 3.0 Hub reference design kit, Cypress Semiconductor CY4609 kit is used to evaluate the CYUSB330x series HX3 USB 3.0 hub controller for USB-IF certification. This kit can be used as a reference design for standalone USB 3.0 hub applications. The kit includes Blaster Plus software utility and GUI based Cypress software tool to modify the configuration parameters of HX3. Support battery charging v1.2, Ghost Charging using I ² C EEPROM or I ² C slave mode configuration, HX3 supports linkage downstream port power control, 68 pin QFN package, CY4609 HX3 USB 3.0 hub development board, USB 3.0 A to B micro cable power adapter, 4A maximum value of 5 V Quick Start Guide, USB (Universal Serial Bus) USB is a serial bus that supports data exchange between the host and various peripheral devices accessing simultaneously. There is a differential signal data interface used for transmitting and receiving communication paths. The bus includes a power supply at 5V.
