These 30 to 200W railway isolated DC-DC converters comply with applicable train standards, are designed for harsh environments, and meet the impact and vibration requirements of IEC61373 Class 1 Class B. These substrate cooled railway isolated DC-DC converters can provide true usable power from -40 to+100 ° C without a decrease in rated value, as well as up to 88% efficiency and up to 4.2A usable output current.
