Description 74AS Compared to the original TTL products, the Texas Instruments series of advanced Schottky clamp TTL logic devices offers a significant speed increase, reduced delay time to 2ns or less, and a switching speed of up to 200MHz. The input current is lower than the standard TTL device and the fan out capability is doubled; The AS series also has better noise resistance and higher temperature stability than its TTL predecessor. The working voltage is 4.5 to 5.5V, with logic levels compatible with standard TTL. ###74AS series
