Description Hall effect sensor IC, Allegro Microsystems A1318LUA-2-T A1319LUA-5-T is a Hall effect sensor IC designed for mounting angular positions, with high precision and small package size. The features of Allegro A1318 and A1319 make them particularly suitable for automotive and industrial applications that require high precision, with an extended temperature range of -40 ° C to 150 ° C. The linear Hall effect sensor IC is specifically designed to meet these requirements. These temperature stabilizing devices offer surface mount and through-hole packaging. The accuracy of each device is enhanced through line end optimization. Each BiCMOS single-chip circuit integrates a Hall element, a temperature compensation circuit to reduce the inherent sensitivity drift of the Hall element, a small signal high gain amplifier, as well as a clamped low impedance output stage and proprietary dynamic bias cancellation technology. A1318 and A1319 sensor ICs are available in two packaging types. LH is SOT-23W type, micro, ultra-thin package, used for surface mount applications. UA is a 3-pin, ultra miniature, single in package (SIP) designed for through-hole installation. Both packages do not contain lead (Pb) and have a 100% matte tin lead frame coating. 3.3 V power supply operation at Allegro ™ Programming QVO temperature coefficient to improve accuracy. Miniature packaging options with high bandwidth, low noise analog output and high-speed chopper scheme minimize QVO drift within the operating temperature range. Stable static voltage output and sensitivity can be accurately restored after temperature cycling. The output voltage clamp provides short circuit diagnosis function and undervoltage locking (UVLO).
