Description TDK C TDK has launched the 1206 series ceramic multilayer capacitors with X7R dielectric. These multilayer capacitors come with a single-chip structure that ensures excellent mechanical strength and reliability, making them suitable for various commercial grade applications, including power circuits and LED displays. These ceramic multilayer capacitors are renowned for their low ESL and excellent frequency characteristics, allowing for circuit designs that are highly in line with theoretical values. **Features and advantages: * * High capacitance, using precision technology that can use multiple thinner ceramic dielectric layers. Due to low ESR, low self heating, and high ripple resistance, the 1206 series components are commercial grade and used for general applications, including general electronic devices, mobile communication devices, power circuits, office automation devices, TV LED displays, servers, PC laptops, etc. The 1206 series C0G (NP0) is the most common formula for temperature compensation and belongs to EIA Class I ceramic material X7R formula, which is called temperature stable ceramic. It belongs to EIA Class II material Y5V formula and is a general-purpose material within a limited temperature range. These features make Y5V very suitable for decoupling applications.
