Description PICtail™ Plus Digital potentiometer daughter board MCP46xx PICtail ™ The Plus daughter board demonstrated the functionality and performance of MCP45XX and MCP46XX digital potentiometers. This board can only use MCP46x1 devices. MCP4661 uses I ² C interface and can be accessed through PICkit ™ Serial analyzer or PICtail ™ Control through the Plus interface. PICkit ™ Serial analyzer socket PICtail ™ Plus board edge connector MAX4582L high voltage analog switch, can choose HVC voltage as one of the four major voltages (VSS,+3.3,+5.0, or+9.0 V) - high voltage command supports jumper to connect brush pins (W0 and W1) to PICDEM ™ Analog channel jumper, when connected to PICDEM ™ Board or PICkit ™ When using a serial analyzer, it is allowed to drive the AVDD jumper from an external power source, connect terminal A pin to the AVDD or VAx (0,1) pad jumper, and connect terminal B pin to the VSS or VBx (0,1) pad connection point for easy connection to the resistor network terminal pin PIC24 C.
