Description Souriau 8LT Series locking nut socket, bayonet coupling, cadmium Souriau 8LT series locking nut socket connector, with bayonet locking (built according to MIL-DTL-38999 series I), is a durable aluminum body olive colored connector designed for military and civil aviation, navigation and maritime equipment, medical equipment, defense and military ground personnel, and industrial connector applications. These military grade locknut connectors feature bayonet coupling, 100% friction resistance, and provide shell to shell continuity during mating. The Souriau 8LT series military specification lock nut socket connector has a very high resistance to harsh environmental factors, such as impact (300g, 3ms) and temperature limits, and can be engaged and unplugged more than 500 times. It comes with male contacts. High contact density 100% anti friction male connector contacts, copper alloy, nickel plated and then gold plated### Souriau D38999 Conforming Connectors- 8LT Series Souriau 8LT high density miniature connectors offer a MIL-DTL-38999. These military connectors are extremely compact and lightweight, ideal in applications when space and weight are crucial. The robust 3 point bayonet lock system allows a quick coupling mechanism. The 8LT Series can be mounted with screws or with a jam nut . They also will offer numerous layout types.
