Description EAO 31 The EAO 31 series lighting button switch is suitable for devices on various human-machine interface (HMI) panels, including process control, panel construction, machinery, and instruments. The lighting button switch can choose circular (18mm diameter), square (18x18mm), or rectangular (18x24mm) seat rings, and can also choose whether to be equipped with snap on or low-level switch elements, as well as whether to have instantaneous or holding switch function. Snap on switch components are self-cleaning, double disconnect, snap on systems with soldered terminals, while low-level switch components are designed for switching low-power loads (electronic circuit range: 10 μ A, 100 μ V to 100mA, 42V AC/DC), terminated through universal terminal blocks, allowing direct soldering or printed circuit board installation. The lighting of EAO31 series button switches adopts T1 micro slot incandescent lamps or single-chip LEDs (voltage of 6-48V). For power supply voltages exceeding 48V, an external serial resistor must be connected. All EAO31 series lighting button switches require a 16mm panel opening and are suitable for panels with a thickness of 1.5-6mm. These switches have a long service life, short rebound time, and stable contact resistance. Various configurations can be selected, including low-level or snap on components, momentary or hold switch functions, and button profiles with normally closed or normally open contact protrusions. The switch and actuator housing materials comply with Class II standards. The electrical strength between all terminals and ground is 2500V AC 50Hz (1 minute), in accordance with IEC60512-2-11.
