Description TE Connectivity BNX Series MIL-C-38999 Bandstrap Adapter These BNX series MIL-C-38999 Bandstrap adapters can be used with corrosion-resistant steel strips (must be ordered separately - see stock number 765-0312) and are designed to connect braided cable shields to connectors (Raychem code 40 D38999 connector, see comments). The generated 360 ° termination creates electrical connections and provides shielding continuity with the adapter. Then, heat shrinkable plastic molded sleeves can be used to seal and protect the terminated cables. These BNX MIL-C-38999 Bandstrap adapters are made of aluminum alloy with straight line alignment and comply with QQ-A-225.
