Model TLE4268GS
Description TLE Series - LDO regulator, Infineon's TLE product series linear regulator, designed for automotive applications. The single-chip integrated low voltage drop regulator has a fixed voltage output of 3.3V or 5V, providing different packaging types. The input range is up to 45V, and some LDOs can drive loads up to 450mA. Functions may include short circuit protection, integrated overheat shutdown, monitoring circuits, and reset signals. _**Infineon TLE LDO series * * _: polarity reverse protection, short circuit protection, pre alarm for power on and undervoltage reset, with programmable delay time, adjustable reset threshold, output current limit, overheat protection, wide temperature range, green product (compliant with RoHS standard), compliant with AEC standard # # # linear voltage regulator. Infineon has a wide range of linear voltage regulators. Low voltage drop or LDO regulators can operate with small input-output differential voltages. Linear voltage regulators can provide fast transient response, wide input voltage range, low static current, low noise, and high PSRR.
