Description Solder Sleeves® Single piece welding system is used for joining signal cables and terminating cable shielding. The system consists of a heat shrinkable sleeve containing a predetermined amount of flux and a thermoplastic sealing plug at each end. The welding sleeve can be placed above the upcoming joint and heated with a hot air gun. The sleeve shrinks, the sealing plug melts and flows, and the solder begins to melt.
