Description N6700 The N6700 series 1U, 100-240V, 4-slot mainframe of the thin modular power system accepts 1 to 4 DC power modules in any combination (to be ordered separately). If you want to install a mainframe, you need to order the N6709A rack installation kit 690-9644. If you want to insert less than 4 DC power modules into a mainframe, you need to order the N6708A funnel panel kit 690-9635 (each funnel panel kit includes 3 funnel panels). The N6730, N6740, and N6770 series DC power modules provide programmable voltage and current, economical measurement and protection functions, making them suitable for DUT or powering ATE system resources (such as fixture control). The N6750 high-performance automatic range DC power module provides low noise, high precision, and programming speed (50 times faster than other programmable power supplies). Including high-speed testing extensions, providing a digital converter similar to an oscilloscope, simplifying system configuration and improving measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transients or pulse events in the DUT. The automatic range function enables a power supply to have the functionality of multiple traditional power supplies. The N6760 series DC power module provides precise control and measurement in the milliampere and microampere measurement areas, enabling simultaneous digitization of voltage and current, as well as capturing these measurements in a data buffer similar to an oscilloscope. Fully compliant with LXI Class C specifications, the system can create up to 4 outputs (up to 300W per output) in a 1U rack space. The output voltage can be changed in just 200 microseconds, and hardware and software triggers allow synchronization with other events in the ATE system. The built-in digital converter (up to 50kHz, 4096 points) captures transients and generates up to 512 output settings. The automatic sequence protection function ensures DUT safety.
