Description GPIB 1200 W The system includes: 66000A, 4U, 8-slot mainframe, and can accept 8 power modules in any combination (to be ordered separately, typical stock number 690-9436). The 66001A detachable keyboard 690-9423 provides manual control of the system, suitable for program development and fault diagnosis. The 66002A rack installation kit 690-9427 allows the keyboard to be installed in a standard ATE rack. The use of this system can simplify the assembly, wiring, programming, debugging, and operation of the testing system. For ATE and production testing environments, bias power and facilitating factors can be provided for sub components and finished products. Easy to plug and unplug modules can be used to quickly reconfigure the fast, low-noise output LIST mode and advanced triggering system. The built-in measurement and advanced programming protection functions ensure that the DUT has a safe instantaneous response time of less than 1ms, allowing the output voltage to recover to within 100mV of its previous level after any step change in load current (up to 10% of rated current).
