Description Murata GRM 0201 C0G/X5R/X7R Dielectric Murata GRM series high dielectric constant type has small size, large capacitance value, adopts multi-layer structure for high reliability, and has no polarity. It achieves excellent solderability through tin plating on external electrodes for decoupling and smoothing in circuits. GRM series temperature compensation type is particularly suitable for tuning circuits, oscillation circuits, high-frequency filtering circuits, power shock absorbers (rated voltage above 200V). 0201 series nickel baffle terminal tin coating (NiSn) layer applications include mobile phones, video and tuner designs. C0G/NPO is the most common formula for temperature compensation, belonging to EIA Class I ceramic materials X7R, X5R formula is called temperature stable ceramic, belonging to EIA Class II materials Y5V, Z5U formula is suitable for a limited temperature range. For general use, it belongs to EIA Class II materials; These features are very suitable for decoupling applications.
