Description 3038 The series accelerator IC, TE Connectivity TE Connectivity MEAS 3038, is packaged and uses sealed LCC packaging, suitable for high-performance applications. Long term stability can be achieved through integrated gas damping and pressure resistance components. Designed for harsh environments, these accelerometers are suitable for applications including vibration and shock detection, embedded applications, instrumentation, mechanical and shock testing. The micro piezoresistive MEMS sealing plate can be installed with low-power 5000Hz bandwidth mechanical overload, providing impact protection for loads exceeding 10kg, TE Connectivity
