Description 74LS The complex function IC of Texas Instruments' 74LS low-power Schottky logic series includes a binary adder, amplitude and equality comparator, and 4-7 BCD decoder/driver. The 74LS series uses bipolar wiring technology coupled with Schottky diode clips to achieve the same operating speed as the original 74TTL series, but with lower power consumption. ###74LS series
