Description 24AA00/24C00/24LC00 I²C™ Serial EEPROM Microchip's 24AA00/24C00/24LC00 series devices are 128 bit I ² C ™ Serial EEPROM, available in various packaging, temperature, and power supply models. ###Features: Single power supply, operating voltage as low as 1.8V (for 24AA00 devices), 2.5V (for 24LC00 devices), low-power CMOS technology: read current of 500 μ A (typical), standby current of 100nA (typical), 2-wire serial interface, I2C ® Compatible with Schmitt trigger input, used for noise suppression output slope control, used to eliminate ground tremors. 100 kHz and 400 kHz clock compatibility page write time is 3ms, typical self timed erase/write cycle ESD protection>4000V, over 1 million erase/write cycles data retention>200 years.
