Description 24C01C I²C™ The serial EEPROM Microchip 24C01C series devices are 1 Kbit EEPROM chips, organized according to a single 128 x 8 byte memory block, and have an I2C compatible 2-wire serial interface. ###Features: Single power supply, operating voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V, low-power CMOS technology - read current of 1 mA, standby current of 5 μ A (both maximum), 2-wire serial interface, I2C ® Compatible with cascading up to eight Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression, output slope control for eliminating ground vibrations, 100 kHz and 400 kHz clock compatibility, maximum page write time of 1 ms, self timed erase/write cycle of 16 bytes, page write buffer exceeding 1 million erase/write cycles, data retention>200 years, EEPROM serial access - Microchip
