Description TE Connectivity Micro CERTI-LOK manual crimping tool is a commercial grade manual crimping tool used for crimping various terminal blocks and contacts. These miniature CERTI-LOK commercial hand tools feature durable, lightweight, and compact designs, as well as direct acting jaw closure and fixed compression molds. The miniature CERTI-LOK crimping tool has ratchet control to remain locked until the tool handle is fully closed and the mold touches the bottom. This ratchet mechanism ensures that the tool only opens after reaching the complete crimping cycle, thereby preventing partial crimping. The ratchet mechanism is adjustable to control the insulation crimping height of the manual tool. The easily accessible ratchet release device can be used to open the tool clamp at any time during the crimping cycle. Inventory number 446-816 has a terminal wing locator for simplifying terminal positioning.
