Description NCP1595AGEVB - Current mode PWM buck converter evaluation board, ON Semiconductor ON Semiconductor NCP1595AGEVB evaluation board with NCP1595AMNR2G (RS 791-9689) current mode PWM buck converter. It has an integrated power switch and synchronous rectifier, which can provide up to 1.5A output current and high conversion efficiency. The high-frequency PWM control scheme can provide low output ripple noise. Under low load conditions, the controller can automatically switch to PFM mode to improve efficiency. \-Integrated MOSFET -1.0 MHz switching frequency - Low output ripple - Current mode control - Short circuit protection - Built in slope compensation for current mode PWM converters - ± 1.5% reference voltage - Thermal shutdown with hysteresis - Designed for use with ceramic capacitors - Compact 3 x 3 DFN package # # DC-DC controller, converter, and regulator, ON Semiconductor
