Description USB251xB/USB251xBi USB 2.0 The Microchip USB251xB/USB251xBi series devices are USB 2.0 hub controllers. Each port of these devices has a MultiTRAK that includes a dedicated transaction converter (TT) ™ Technology can maintain consistent full speed data throughput regardless of the number of active downstream connections. USB251xB/USB251xBi devices are fully customizable, which helps simplify the layout of printed circuit boards. PortMap, PortSwap, and PHYBoost features all contribute to providing flexibility for these devices. All downstream ports support high-speed (480 Mbps), full speed (12 Mbps), and low-speed (1.5 Mbps) USB communication and USB battery charging (revised version 1.1). ###The hub controller IC with high performance, low power, and compact size fully complies with the USB 2.0 specification and supports USB battery charging specification revision 1.1, suitable for downstream port charging (CDP). It provides 2, 3, or 4 downstream ports MultiTRAK ™ - Each port provides a high-performance trading converter PortMap - flexible port mapping and disabled sorting PortSwap - programmable USB differential pair pin position, which can align USB signal lines directly with the connector PHYBoost - programmable USB signal driver strength for restoring signal integrity and complete power management.
