(SINAD, SNR, and SFDR) noise performance low-power SAR analog-to-digital converter, sampling rate up to 2.8 Msps pipeline analog-to-digital converter, sampling rate up to 25 Msps single to multiple channel parallel or serial SPI interface ADC: supports demonstration system and evaluation software architecture small # # # analog-to-digital converter - Linear Technology provides high-performance analog-to-digital converter products (ADCs), including 16 bit to 24 bit Delta Sigma (Δ - ∑) converters for precise measurement, up to 16 bit high-speed pipeline ADCs for communication, and 8-bit to 20 bit low-power successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters.
