Description Hirose 0.5mm Surface mounted FPC/FF ZIF connectors with top contacts - FH34 (S) series FH34 (S) series surface mounted horizontal mounted FPC/FF ZIF connectors, with a 0.5mm contact pitch and top contacts, can support FPC/FF, and have a standard thickness of 0.3mm. These 0.5mm FPC/FF surface mounted ZIF connectors have greater FPC/FF retention, a thin design with a height of 1.0mm on the board, and a smaller depth of 2.8mm. These FPC/FF ZIF connectors include a rotating finger operated flip actuator, which can be easily inserted and reliably connected to FPC/FF without the need for side latch connectors, and can be installed side by side. The main body of these FH34 (S) series 0.5mm FPC/FFC ZIF connectors is made of beige UL94V-0 LCP, with a sturdy bottom surface (no contact exposure) that allows the FPC/FFC connectors to be installed on conductive traces on printed circuit boards. The insertion slots have access chamfers on each side to assist in accurate insertion and positioning of FPC/FFC. The contacts are top mounted, made of phosphor bronze and gold-plated. ###The FH34 (S) series surface mounted horizontal mounting FPC/PFC ZIF connector can be used to match or replace the FH19SC series (bottom contact) FPC/PFC ZIF connector, as they all have the same installation mode. ###0.5mm FPC/FFC - Hirose lock design allows for 2 or more connectors to be placed side by side to prevent solder bridging
