Description MCP414x/416x/424x/426x The Microchip MCP413x, MCP415x, MCP423x, and MCP425x series devices are digital potentiometers with SPI interfaces and EEPROM memory. Includes WiperLock technology, providing a method for locking brush configurations. To unlock, a high voltage command (>8.5 V) is required to protect the settings during normal operation. We offer 7-bit (129 steps) and 8-bit (257 steps) models with various RAB resistor options ranging from 5 k Ω to 100 k Ω. Other models also offer variable resistor and potentiometer pin outputs to choose from, as well as single and dual resistor network options. ###Features: Zero scale to full scale brush operation, low brush resistance: 75 Ω (typical), low temperature coefficient: absolute value (variable resistance), 50 ppm, proportional (potentiometer), 15 ppm (typical), automatic call, saved brush settings, WiperLock technology, SPI serial interface, resistor network terminal disconnection function, power failure reset protection: 1.5 V (typical), serial interface inactive current: 2.5 μ A (typical), high voltage tolerance, digital input: up to 12.5V, support for split rail application, all digital inputs, internal weak pull-up mode, wide working voltage: 1.8 V to 5.5 V, wide bandwidth (-3 dB), operation: 2 MHz, used for 5.0 k Ω equipment (typical), # # # model potentiometer brush settings: MCP4141, MCP4161, MCP4241 1.
