Model SHT15
Description SHT1x SHT1x series surface mounted digital humidity and temperature sensors based on CMOSens ®， Compact in size. The included humidity and temperature sensors are coupled to a 14 bit ADC and serial interface circuit. Capacitive sensors measure humidity, while bandgap sensors measure temperature. The SHT1x sensor also includes a version 4 silicon chip with amplifier, A/D converter, OTP memory, and digital interface. Based on CMOSens ® Technical dual line serial interface fully calibrated digital output, low power, excellent long-term stability, signal quality insensitive to external interruptions, temperature and humidity sensors, Sensirion
