Description SHT2x Digital humidity and temperature sensor Sensirion SHT2x series DFN digital humidity and temperature sensor based on CMOSens ®。 They are industry standard and widely used humidity and temperature sensors. Measure humidity using capacitive sensors and temperature using bandgap sensors. The SHT2x sensor also includes a version 4 silicon chip with amplifier, A/D converter, OTP memory, and digital interface. They are packaged in plastic and the sensor area is open, which can protect the device from external impacts and provide long-term stability. The SHT2x sensor is particularly suitable for high-capacity and low capacity applications.
