Description Molex Pico-Ezmate 1.2mm Wire to board socket crimping shell, 78172 series Pico Ezmate 78172 series wire to board socket crimping shell, with a pitch of 1.2mm, ultra-thin type. These Pico Ezmate female crimp housing connectors are made of black UL 94V-0 LCP, featuring polarization, keying, friction locking, and a clicking sound when mated. Typical applications of these Pico Ezmate 1.2mm wire to board female crimping housings include mobile phones, laptops, portable audio players, and other small mobile devices. For suitable crimping socket terminals, please refer to stock number 700-0830. For mating connectors, please refer to Pico Ezmate 78171 pin holder, stock number 700-0820 (typical). The Pico Ezmate socket housing can be vertically matched with the needle socket, making it easy to place in tight packaging applications. ###1.20mm Line to Board - Molex Pico EZmate Molex New 1.20mm Pitch Pico EZmate ™ The connector is compact and thin, with a matching height of 1.40mm, suitable for wire to board applications. The Pico EZmate connector design includes a secure locking function between the socket housing and the printed circuit board socket. The socket is vertically matched with the head, allowing for excellent usability of the production line. The tube seat is installed in the embossed tape for automatic insertion of equipment. The socket and socket housing are both made of halogen-free resin (94 V-0 rated) material. These series comply with the European RoHS directive.
