Model ULQ2003A
Description STMicroelectronics Darlington transistor power provides a high voltage, high current switch array, including multiple open collector composite transistor pairs and integrated suppression diodes, for inductive loads. The high current rating of each output is 500 mA or higher. The input is a pin opposite to the output, packaged in an IC to simplify the layout of the application board. The interface is a standard logic level used for TTL or CMOS. ###Darlington transistor driver
