Description EZRadioPRO® Sub-1GHz Wireless transmitter/receiver/transceiver * * EZRadioPRO** ® The series of highly integrated, flexible wireless RF transmitters, receivers, and transceivers can be used on EZRadio ® Enhanced parameters and functions are provided on the series of devices. These ICs are designed for more precise ISM band applications, supporting IEEE 802.15.4g and wireless M-Bus operation. According to the equipment, the frequency coverage range is 119MHz to 1050MHz, with an output power of up to+20 dBm and a receiver sensitivity reduced to -133dBm. Other features include wake-up timer, low battery level detector, transmit and receive data FIFO buffer, power on reset circuit, and universal digital input/output.
