Description The AWM series Microbridge gas flow sensor for air and gas mass flow operates based on the theory of thermal conduction. A large amount of airflow is guided through the surface of the sensing element. The output voltage varies proportionally based on the airflow and other gas flows passing through the device's inlet and outlet. Highly stable zero scale and full scale compact design with fast response time, very low 6ms (typical) lag and repeatability errors, low power consumption of less than 0.35% of readings, and less than 60mW. Typical applications include medical respirators and ventilation equipment; Oxygen concentrator; Oxygen storage device; Spray; Leakage detection equipment; Painless delivery; Spectral analysis; Mass flow controller; Telecommunications system; Environmental climate control; Fuel cell control voltage | 8-15V DC --- | --- maximum overpressure | 25psi installation | 22mm cone response time | 6ms (typical) medium compatibility | limited to dry gas signal conditions | amplified hysteresis and repeatability | ± 0.5% zero voltage drift | ± 0.025% V DC output voltage | 5V DC # # # Gas flow and turbidity sensor
