Description Hammond 1590W Waterproof die cast aluminum casing, the Hammond 1590W series flange is a lightweight die cast waterproof aluminum casing suitable for mounting electronic instruments. It has a lap structure, self-adhesive silicone pad, provides IP65 protection, is dustproof and splash proof, and enhances EMI/RFI shielding performance. Die cast aluminum alloy 384 (tough but easy to process) overlap structure, with silicone rubber gasket design that meets IP65 standards. The silicone rubber gasket remains flexible and unpainted between -62 to+232 ° C (-80 to+450 ° F), with a smooth surface for smooth surfaces, no sharp edges, low sidewall draft angles (2 degrees or less), easy to install printed circuit boards.
