Description LM78 The LM78x series three terminal linear voltage regulator from Fairchild Semiconductor is a fixed voltage regulator that can be used for various applications. Positive fixed voltage regulators do not require external components and include internal thermal overload protection, current limiting, and safety zone compensation. The fixed output voltage range is 5 V to a maximum of 24 V, and the output current is 1A. The internal current is limited, and the thermal shutdown safe working area protection TO220 package # # #.
