Description Tektronix TBS1000 The Tektronix TBS1000 series entry-level oscilloscope provides engineers, education departments, and testing and measurement enthusiasts with a cost-effective, reliable, and fully functional instrument suitable for a wide range of general electronic testing applications. The new waveform data recording function enables users to save trigger waveforms up to eight hours into a USB flash drive. The TBS1000 waveform restriction test allows users to monitor signal changes and output pass/fail results. The TBS1000 user interface is very intuitive, easy to operate, and comes with a complete set of the most commonly used measurement types and analysis functions. Advanced triggers, including pulse width triggers and optional line video triggers for automatic measurement (16) and FFT analysis, are used to simplify waveform analysis. Built in waveform limit testing automation, extended data recording function, automatic setting, and signal automatic range. Built in context sensitive content helps probe inspection guide.
