Description PICtail™ Plus Graphic S1D13517 sub board graphic controller PICtail ™ The Plus Epson S1D13517 board can evaluate Microchip Technology's solutions and graphics libraries for 16 and 32-bit microcontrollers. This kit is compatible with either the Explorer 16 development board (DM240001) or the PIC32 entry-level board (DM320001, DM320003). The Epson S1D13517 graphics display controller supports 18/24 bit TFT interface, 16/24 bit color depth, maximum display resolution of 960 x960, and uses external SDRAM to achieve multiple frame buffers, alpha blending, picture in picture, and transparency. 128Mb (8Mx16) SDRAM is used for frame buffering, 64Mb serial flash is used to attach data storage display connectors, and can be connected to different display board interfaces.
