Description TE Connectivity MTA-100 Friction locking socket MTA-100 line to plate friction locking socket, with a 2.54mm centerline and UL94V-0 white polyester shell. These MTA-100 plug-in friction locking sockets have tin plated or gold-plated straight or right angle terminals and square copper alloy contacts. The mating terminals of the gold-plated model are duplex gold-plated (X-641126-X 0.00038mm and X-641215-X 0.00076mm) and soldered with tin plated leads. These MTA-100 friction locking sockets can be stacked end-to-end. For suitable mating connectors, please refer to stock numbers 718-5085 and 682-7078 (typical). The printed circuit board mounting socket with friction locking and the corresponding cable mounting socket are equipped with a maximum contact resistance of 6 m Ω# # # recognized by UL (E28476); CSA (LR7189) # # # 2.54mm TE Connectivity MTA Series Mass Terminal Assembly (MTA) connector, suitable for multi-channel connections between printed circuit boards, compatible with almost all cable harness brands, can greatly reduce workload. These connectors can be quickly assembled onto loose wires with a pitch of 0.1 inches (2.54 millimeters) using production hand tools. The connector can be stacked end-to-end, with locking ramps and friction lock tube seats, and can be used for seismic connections.
