Model TWR-MEM
Description TWR-MEMIt is a tower system memory module, which is a modular development platform in Freescale's tower system that allows for rapid prototyping and tool reuse through reconfigurable hardware. The TWR-MEM memory module provides additional tower system memory capacity, using serial flash, SD card, MRAM, and compact flash interfaces. This peripheral module can be combined with other MCUs and peripheral modules in tower systems. TWR-MEM comes with serial flash memory devices, MRAM devices, SD card slots, and compact flash memory slots. CPLD is used to connect the external bus interface (memory bus) and compact flash memory slot of the host processor. This CPLD can also be used for prototyping custom interfaces.
