Description TE Connectivity FASTON 250 The FASTON 250 series of ultra fast reinforced fully insulated plug crimping terminals are designed to prevent exposed wires from causing electric shock and electrical short circuits. These FASTON 250 series ultra fast reinforced plug-in crimping terminals are fully encapsulated with tin plated copper alloy FASTON plug-in contacts, which are recessed into the housing and can be used in 600V applications. The socket and conduit of the shell are made of type 6/6 nylon, while the insulation conduit is made of high-grade nylon with the lowest rebound, which can maintain the insulation crimping shape and provide stress relief. These FASTON 250 series ultra fast reinforced crimping terminals can terminate 26-10 AWG solid, fused stranded wires. ###TE Connectivity ultra fast and ultra fast reinforced terminal blocks are fully insulated crimping terminals with funnel-shaped wire entry ports, wire stopping, and see through insulation functions, making them capable of detecting crimping. The wiring terminals comply with UL and CSA requirements, and also meet UL and CSA electrical performance testing when crimped with matching ratchet tools. The ultra fast socket, logo, and plug are made of standard nylon, which means that support is not provided by crimping the insulation slot into the cable insulation. However, the ultra fast socket is made of high-quality nylon, which means that insulation can be crimped through specialized molds to provide additional stress relief for the wires. Insert the funnel-shaped lead wire into the sleeve without an octagonal wire harness. The sharp pulse sound of the wire stop helps determine the position of the conductor in the crimping sleeve. The mold uses ID markings to mark the wiring terminals. UL temperature rating is 105 ° C. Different cable insulation sizes are suitable for rated voltage | 600V --- maximum temperature |+105 ° C.
