Description PIC16F913/914/916/917/946 8 Microchip's PIC16F series microcontroller 8-bit MCU with flash memory, integrating Microchip's PIC ® The architecture is integrated into the pin and packaging options, ranging from space saving 14 pin devices to feature rich 64 pin devices. Devices with baseline, intermediate, or enhanced intermediate architectures offer a variety of peripheral device combinations, providing designers with flexibility and choices for applications. The PIC16F913/914/916/917/946 series microcontroller is based on Microchip's intermediate core, with an 8-layer deep hardware stack and 35 instructions. These MCUs provide up to 5 MIPs, 14 kilobytes of program memory, 352 bytes of RAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM.
