Description NCP Series NTC Thermistors, with sizes 0201, 0402, 0603, and 0805. The NCP Series NTC Thermistors with sizes 0201, 0402, 0603, and 0805 have excellent long life stability, high precision resistance, and B constant values. Sizes 0805, 0603, and 0402 have the same B constant for the same resistance. These NCP series NTC thermistors have excellent solderability and are suitable for reflow soldering. Typical applications of these NTC thermistors include temperature compensation for transistors, mobile phone ICs and crystal oscillators, temperature sensing for rechargeable batteries, LCD temperature compensation, and commonly used circuit temperature compensation.
